Instructions regarding damage

In order to facilitate and expedite ABÍ participation in the settlement of damage caused by uninsured and foreign vehicles, the parties suffering the damage that intend to make a claim for damages on ABÍ, must ensure that ABÍ receives as soon as possible the police report and/or the accident statement and the damage inspection report where damage has been assessed at the repair workshop where the party suffering the damage intends to have his vehicle repaired.
